  • 6.2 If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you have the right to discontinue using our services.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • The signing, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties; if the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction for resolution.
  1. Miscellaneous

  • 8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed separate from the rest of the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

  • 8.2 This Agreement shall take effect from the date of your account registration.
